Augome, didome, diegėme. Mūsų 2021-ieji! (video)

Looking back at 2021, Ivabaltė's Executive Director Monika Tarvydytė highlighted 5 key points:

  1. Company revenue growth Compared to 2020, sales revenue increased by more than 30 percent. This is the most obvious sign of customer trust.
  2. An increase in service efficiency by one-fifth. The transformation within the company began precisely with the work on the service team, its renewal, and changes to work processes. According to Monika, the results speak for themselves and show that the chosen directions were correct. It is pleasing that clients are also noticing the growing service efficiency, as we consistently receive favourable feedback.
  3. „Ivabaltės“ recognised as one of the TOP 3 „Fendt“ dealers in the EMEA region. This was how Fendt assessed it, having seen the breakthrough driven by changes in the market and other growing results. Last year, we managed to achieve Fendt's highest ever sales plan – the diamond one. There was plenty of competition, as the EMEA region encompasses Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
  4. Implementing organisational culture. „The “Ivabaltės" team dedicated a significant amount of attention not only to external, client-related changes but also to internal processes. The establishment of team traditions and an open culture became a solid foundation for implementing the company's strategic goals. Again, the more effective the team, the more attention can be given to clients.
  5. Changing leadership along with the team. Monika, evaluating her activities, stated that this year had cemented her transformation from an analyst to a strategist. „The experience as an analyst, gained at financial companies in London, is very valuable and necessary when evaluating what and how needs to change for the company to grow. In 2021, I paid great attention to strategic actions and team strengthening,“ stresses M. Tarvydytė.

According to Ivabaltė's CEO, in 2022 Ivabaltė's focus will be smart farming, cooperation based on customer needs analysis, and further deepening the professionalism of Ivabaltė's people.

„Our aim is to combine tradition with innovation to offer each client a personalised, professional solution best suited to their farm,“ Monika summarises.
