Trioliet automated feeding systems

A company based in the Netherlands Trioliet is one of the largest manufacturers in Europe of specialised feed preparation and dispensing equipment. They have specialised in this field for over 60 years. Trioliet exports 80% of its manufactured products to over 40 countries worldwide. It is one of the few companies that mounts feed mixer-distributors on self-propelled heavy-duty chassis. Trioliet represents not only experience but also innovation, which is an integral part of every unit.

Based on the results of practical research, more frequent feeding leads to higher productivity. Furthermore, it also improves the cow's health and lifespan.

Trioliet Triomatic Automatic Feeding System

  • helps achieve the best results in the shortest amount of time.
  • Manual labour for mixing and distributing feed is no longer required.
  • You can choose a time that is convenient for you to fill the feed tanks.
  • Precisely prepared portions for small cattle herds can be repeated several times a day, for example, 12 feedings and 12 feed pushes, resulting in a higher milk yield.
  • Reduced technical requirements (one loader with a silage cutter is sufficient).
  • A reliable system, requiring little maintenance and expense, ensures: efficient use of time, simple loading, preserved feed structure, and unique chopping and mixing technology. All machines are powered solely by electricity.
  • Thanks to the feeding system, other tasks can also be performed. For example, the system can be used to bring feed to the edge of the feeding lane.
  • Adapted for a large number of cattle, smaller group feeding is also possible. The feeding robot can feed from 5 (100 kg of feed) to 700 head of cattle.

The fully automated feeding system Trioliet Triomatic consists of two components: the feeding kitchen and the feeding robot.

NUTRITION KITCHEN could be

  • Stationary distributer – Triomatic T20
  • or feed bunkers – Triomatic T30
  • or feed kitchen – Triomatic T40.

In the feeding kitchen, certain types of feed are kept for one to several days.

Feeding kitchen Triomatic T20:

  • This system consists of a feeding robot and a stationary 7-46 m3
  • It can be configured with several fixed dividers.
  • The drive for static splitters is electric power.
  • This system is suitable for farms that feed a single main diet (depending on the number of stationary dispensers).
  • One of the simplest and cheapest automated feeding systems.

Triomatic T30 Feeding Kitchen

  • This system consists of a feeding robot and one or more feeding hoppers. Their number depends on how many different components are desired to be included in the ration.
  • The feeding bunker drive is hydraulic. Fully automated and controlled by a robot.
  • Feeding hoppers made of strong steel. Floor - stainless steel, walls can be optionally galvanised steel or stainless.
  • The bunker is easy to load using a tractor front loader or a telescopic handler.
  • Feed is loaded in bulk. Capacity – 18 m3
  • Feed loading is possible once per day.
  • Two discharge-dosing rollers, for precise feeding robot loading.
  • Safety loading doors and double bunker floors prevent feed spillage.
  • This system is one of the most popular automatic feeding systems offered by the company Trioliet.

Triomatic T40 Feeding Kitchen

  • This system comprises a feeding robot and 40 feeding kitchens.
  • The feeding kitchen consists of platforms with moving floors.
  • The number of moving floors in the cage depends on the number of ingredients.
  • Feeding kitchen floor length 6.25 / 7.6 / 8.9 m, intended for loading silage blocks and/or silage bales.
  • Silage block cutters are required for loading, as the feed is loaded in blocks.
  • Sawing system with two sawing discs: horizontal and vertical.
  • Control of the thickness of the cut forage, ability to cut forage of 25-150 mm thickness.
  • Depending on the outdoor weather conditions, feeding can be done once every 2-5 days.
  • The feed kitchen drive is electric.
  • A precise cutting device is installed at the rear end of the feeding kitchen, which cuts the required amount of feed onto a conveyor belt, which has scales and transports it to the feed trolley.
  • Due to less frequent feed loading, labour requirements are minimised, and fuel consumption is reduced.
  • Wide belt conveyor with integrated weighing system for feeding the feed robot.
  • This system is one of the most expensive among the systems offered by Trioliet, but it provides the greatest added value to the farmer.

FEEDING ROBOT could be

  • Triomatic HP 2 300 hanging feeding robot with continuous power line.
  • Triomatic WP 2 300 driving on the ground with a permanent electricity line.
  • Triomatic WB 2 300 ride-on forager robot with batteries.

All these feeding robots have 4 functions in one: mixer, silage chopper, divider and feed pusher.

The feeding robots have 2 vertical augers, an integrated weighing system, a feeding push foot mounted at the bottom, and feature an integrated touch-sensitive control terminal, and an integrated remote monitoring and control system (requires a permanent internet connection). Feed dispensing takes place via a built-in conveyor.

Triomatic HP 2 300 pendant feeding robot with permanent power line:

  • The robot is suspended – a suspended rail needs to be installed for the robot to operate.
  • The robot can control silo towers and other silo storage locations.

Triomatic WP 2 300 driving on the ground with a permanent power line:

  • This robot has four wheels, by which it travels on the ground, meaning it no longer requires a suspended rail to be installed, thus making the implementation of an automatic feeding system even simpler.
  • This robot, like the Triomatic HP 2 300, requires an electrical power line, the trajectory of which the robot precisely follows.

Triomatic WB 2 300 battery-powered track-laying feed robot:

  • The Triomatic WB feeding robot moves on wheels and has batteries for feeding, unloading and pushing.
  • It bags and feeds with feed in the kitchen, using mains voltage. This gives the robot additional capabilities and extends battery life.
  • The robot can be combined with all types of Triomatic feeding kitchens.
  • Excellent mixing quality thanks to two vertical mixing augers
  • Suitable for low stables (from 2.5 m)
  • It can serve up to 300 cattle.
  • You can mix in very small amounts for 5 cows (100 kg of feed).
  • You can drive across the field to different farms – protected from dampness, frost, and heat.
  • 3 m3 talpa – used for feeding dense and low-rationed feed, usually about 12 times per day, thus improving feed intake and preventing uneaten feed.
  • It can be used for feed mixing, chopping, distributing, and pressing.
  • Two vertical stainless steel screws.
  • Patented inserts in the divider wall – ensure feed movement in a horizontal direction.
  • Conveyor belt split to the left or right side.
  • Protective bumpers front and rear – for emergency stopping.
  • Pushing leg.
  • Touch-sensitive screen for robot control and programming.
