• Surface plant residue shredders are manufactured with HDT (heavy-duty tools), the new UPTs (lower power requirement, no bolt tightening needed) or UPT working tooth system.
• The specific type of shredding teeth for a system is selected based on the working environment, anticipated tasks, and desired shredding quality. Required working shaft speed: 1000 rpm. Working width: 1.80-2.70 m. Shredders for plant residue with standard skids achieve a working depth of up to 5 cm.

• Prinoth soil reclaimers create ideal conditions for new plantings, even in heavy soil conditions.
• During one process, roots in the soil are shredded, wood residues are broken down, the soil is loosened, and organic matter is incorporated.
• Depending on the type of unit and operating conditions, the soil can be worked to a depth of 50 cm. This results in a loose, homogeneous layer of earth, rich in nutrients. It is the most natural, long-lasting, and economical fertilisation method, as nutrients remaining in roots and wood residues are returned to the natural cycle. Working widths range from 0.65 to 2.30 m.

Universal Power Transfer (Universal electro tool) – an innovative working tooth system for high-power technology. Designed for open-type rotors with a diameter of 700-900 mm. Characterised by longevity, simpler tooth replacement, and a lighter grinding process thanks to the optimal arrangement of working teeth on the rotor. Three different tooth types are available for various tasks. It has two carbide reinforcements and can be rotated according to wear. The system is characterised by longevity and minimal maintenance requirements. Three-axis centering makes it possible to dispense with tightening teeth during operation and work stably even under maximum dynamic loads. Since the tooth can be rotated according to wear and does not need to be replaced immediately, costs are significantly reduced.

HDT – A reliable, tried-and-tested, multi-purpose tooth system for various working conditions and tasks. Four tooth types are selected according to working conditions and the desired fragmentation result. Other improvements include: better protection for the push frame teeth and improved protection for hydraulic connections.
