„DuraMaxx“ bodies represent a completely new concept in plough bodies, enabling up to 75% to extend service life and up to 80% to reduce maintenance time. „DuraMaxx“ components are made from much harder steel than other standard parts. This has been made possible by eliminating drilled and stamped holes, which weaken the metal. The plough’s main beams and strip parts are held in place by a frame; these parts are no longer the supporting elements of the plough body. Their sole function is to turn the soil. They can be used to their full potential without affecting the stability of the plough body in any way. Other advantages: DuraMaxx plough bodies last longer, soil sticks to them less, and they require less traction.

Quick replacement without any tools. „DuraMaxx“ plough bodies are designed so that mouldboards, mouldboard strips and mouldboard ends can be quickly changed without tools. To remove the mouldboard end, it is sufficient to remove just one pin, which also serves as a locking element for other construction components. Once the pin is removed, the mouldboard or strips can be pulled out of their coupling device. Compared to traditional systems, the shares are also replaced much more quickly as they are attached with just one bolt.

„DuraMaxx mouldboards are available with either a solid or a slatted mouldboard. The mouldboard and slats are attached by just two hooks. On mouldboards with slats, the distance between the slats and the skimmer is considerably larger. The skimmers are in line with the slats. This allows for close ploughing without clogging, even in difficult conditions.

For very sticky soils and in soil conditions where there is low pressure on the mouldboard, „DuraMaxx“ plastic strips are designed. Optimal sliding properties are achieved when plastic strips are used on the top and bottom of plough bodies prone to sticking. This means that ploughing can be done without blockages even in extreme conditions with DuraMaxx bodies.

„Diamond 11“ – a commitment to tradition.

• Reliable turning mechanism. The two telescopic cylinders powerfully and evenly turn the plough through 180 degrees. The precise angle is adjusted by regulating screws, separately for each side.
• Big wheel at the same time it reduces soil pressure to a minimum and guarantees safety when transporting the plough by road. The plough's working depth is adjusted at the front by the three-point hitch, and at the rear by a wheel with a hydraulic cylinder. A pin serves as the depth limiter. The wheel support prevents the plough from going too deep. This ensures sufficient ground clearance at all times.
• Weight transfer cylinder, optional extra. In the „Diamant 11“ plough, a weight transfer cylinder can be used as an optional extra. An additional hydraulic cylinder transfers the plough's weight to the tractor's rear axle. This makes it easier for the tractor to pull the plough. This intelligent power distribution reduces wheel slip and saves fuel.

„Diamond 12“ – new values.

• Counterweight cylinder – standard equipment. The optimal pressure in the hydraulic cylinder can be set and saved in memory depending on the soil, tractor, and power distribution. By significantly loading the tractor's rear axle, wheel slippage is reduced and fuel is saved. By transferring a certain portion of weight to the rear axle, driving on the road is improved, as the front weight does not overload the tractor's front axle on the road. This also makes steering the tractor easier;
• TurnControl over-rotation prevention system. With the „TurnControl“ system, the pressure in the weight transfer cylinder is automatically reduced during a turn, thereby increasing the tractor's stability. The pressure is automatically regulated during a turn, ensuring an even distribution of weight onto the right and left tractor wheels. A sensor integrated into the plough measures the steering angle between the tractor and the plough. When a turning angle greater than 60° is reached, the cylinder is automatically fully released. Greater stability is also achieved on slopes.
• „TurnControl“ Electronic Control System“ allows all important plough functions to be controlled from the driver's seat, such as plough tilt angle, plough turnover, weight transfer cylinder pressure, etc. The plough tilt angle can be set and this parameter saved. Two double-acting turnover cylinders hold the plough precisely in its pre-set position – no mechanical turn angle locks are needed. The set tilt angle can also be changed manually at any time, for example, when ploughing the first or last furrow.

The „Diamant“ semi-mounted reversible ploughs allow ploughing in any conditions and without obstacles.

• The advanced LEMKEN „Hydromatic“ furrow line overload protection consists of a system that ensures a rigid connection of the plough body to the bearing in any position. When the plough body encounters an obstacle, the „Hydromatic“ system ensures a smooth, even return of the bodies to their working position. When this system is operational, the plough bodies are always held firmly and cannot be pulled away from the frame.;
• „The “Hydromatic" hydraulic coulter protection can easily fold back the plough coulter at any time the coulter encounters an obstacle – up to 38 cm upwards and up to 20 cm sideways. Even when ploughing deeply, the coulter's travel ensures continuous and smooth operation. The pressure in the hydraulic coulter protection can be easily controlled from the tractor cab.;
• The minimum and maximum plough body engagement force can be set within a range of 50 to 140 bar – this is done using the control valve handle (optional equipment), for example, depending on ploughing conditions – depth and soil type. These limit values can be achieved using the tractor's control equipment. It is not necessary to adjust according to the pressure gauge. A robust connection between the plough beam and frame allows for reduced pressure in the system.
