Belts
The continuous belts are 8 mm thick and 28.5 cm wide. Depending on the model, the belts are 11–12 m long. Even at maximum pressure, the belts still retain 80% of reserve. Together with the Constant Pressure System (CPS), the belts ensure constant pressure.
Cutting base
The use of the HydroFlexControl cutting deck effectively increases the machine’s bale-forming capacity thanks to higher driving speeds. Using a robust suspension spring, the system automatically clears more than 80% blockages.
Knife
Depending on the equipment, the Fendt Rotana has chopping units with 25 knives. The knives can be engaged in groups (0–12–13–25). With the maximum number of knives, the theoretical chop length is 45 mm. The number of knives is set via the control terminal or via ISOBUS.
Vacuum cleaner
A smooth-running, maintenance-free pick-up with 13cm long tines spaced 64mm apart, together with a roller holder, ensures reliable and even feeding. The pick-up has 5 rows of tines, each with 30 feeding tines. Side-mounted augers centre the material flow in front of the rotor.
Press chamber
With a minimal footprint, dual drive and smart tailgate hinge, the Rotana with variable baling chamber offers the complete package for versatility and maximum performance.
Rapid Reload System
Thanks to the „Rapid Reload System“, the Rotana F Combi offers users unique advantages. Using three ready-to-use rolls (net or film), which are gently transferred into place via the loading trolley, allows for quick roll changes. The machine also features intelligent braking force control and optimised reel feeding. Due to precise pre-drawing of the material using an electromagnetic brake there is excellent roll density maintained.
Automatic lubrication pump
The automatic lubrication pump supplies grease to all roller bearings of the press fully automatically. The large grease reservoir allows for more than a day's operation without refilling. This is unique amongst variable chamber balers!
Winding in channel
The wrapping net is safely fed into the pressing chamber to the bale via a channel with a conveyor belt. Once wrapping is complete, the channel is turned back.
TIM
The professional TIM package consists of many individual TIM functions. By performing many different functions fully automatically by the machine, this package simplifies bale wrapping processes in various ways. The tractor stops automatically as soon as the bale has been wrapped. Upon completion of wrapping, the tailgate opens and closes automatically for bale ejection. During weighing and when reversing, the pickup is automatically raised.
Hand wash tank
The fresh water tank is for washing hands or cleaning items of dust and dirt. Its lid is also a soap dispenser at the same time and guarantees clean work every day.
