Self-propelled mixers-feeders for cattle Triotrac

• 17, 20 and 24 m³ capacity
• Designed for farms with 60 to over 1000 cattle.
• Ensures not only even and clean silage cutting, but also fast, uniform feed distribution.
• The feeding system consists of a cutting frame with an integrated recoil roller, which transports feed onto a conveyor. The conveyor quickly moves the feed to the mixing chamber. As soon as the set amount of feed is reached, cutting is stopped, and the silage remains level and clean.
• Any fodder, including grain, square or round hay bales, can be loaded quickly and accurately.
• The Triotrac has two vertical augers with an integrated horizontal feed movement system in the mixing chamber.
• The electronic weighing system can be integrated with the TFM Tracker feeding system.
• Fitted with 4-cylinder Commonrail diesel engines from JCB Power Systems with 129kW (175hp), or 6-cylinder Commonrail diesel engines from FPT with 202kW (255hp) power.
• The uniqueness of Trioform auger knives lies in their strength, reduced breakage, and improved cutting performance due to their horizontal position. They self-sharpen, have a longer service life, and require less power, thus saving fuel consumption.
• The horizontal blade position ensures an optimal shredding process with low resistance.
• The hydrostatic drive with Powershift transmission has low and high gear settings.
• Low gear settings allow a maximum speed of up to 12 km/h. High gear settings allow a maximum speed of up to 40 km/h. The Triotrac self-propelled mixer-distributor can only be driven and steered on all four wheels.

Since 2016, the company Trioliet has offered an updated model, the Triotrac M, to the market:

• A compact self-propelled feed mixer with a single vertical auger.
• The volume is 14 m³.
• It is mounted on a JCB platform, has a JCB engine, and a telescopic cutting arm – the maximum cutting height in a trench has increased to 6 m.
• The feed is loaded into the rotor using a cutting/loading system, where it is simultaneously transported to the mixing chamber.
• It is particularly manoeuvrable, making it suitable for low stables on tight farms.
• One vertical Twin Stream planetary gear drive.
• Cross conveyor belt or side discharge door.
• Four-wheel drive
• 2WS rear-wheel steering
