In constructing these models, the needs of leading, innovative farms have been taken into account. Thus, tractor structural elements have been adopted (for example, the stepless, split-power transmission \u201eFendt Vario ML200\u201c has been used in the previous generation \u201eFendt 900 Vario\").TMS<\/sup>\u201cseries tractors) or designed with the requirements of high-power tractors in mind. Based on the overall dimensions, wheelbase, the new \u201eFendt 800 VarioTMS<\/sup>\u201cseries tractors occupy an intermediate niche between the mid-range tractors of the Fendt 818-820 VarioTMS<\/sup>\u201cand its high-power Fendt 922-936 Vario classTMS<\/sup>\u201ctractors. This positively impacts the tractor's manoeuvrability, and its construction features a particularly high load factor of 1.7 (which is the ratio between the overall weight of the tractor, fully loaded with ballast weights and implements, and its structural weight).<\/p>

When compared with the production Fendt 818-820 VarioTMS<\/sup>\u201cThe new tractors are structurally entirely new machines.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Externally, the new tractors resemble those of the high-power class.\u00a0900 VarioTMS<\/sup><\/em>. Used a similar, extremely spacious 5.5m cabin designed by the Porsche Design Studio2<\/sup>\u00a0A cab with glazing area and a door only on the left side, version X5. It is connected to the tractor chassis via an independent pneumatic suspension system. Optionally, the \u201eFendt Evolution Active\u201c driver's seat with active pneumatic suspension can be fitted. This Grammer seat is considered not only the most advanced but also the most effective currently available on the market.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The largest screen allows simultaneous viewing of camera, navigation, and tractor system displays. Semi-frame construction tractors are fitted with 6-cylinder, 6.06-litre turbocharged Deutz 2012 series engines with a new generation Bosch EDC 17 control processor. Instead of an external EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system.Rex<\/em>), engines are equipped with selective catalytic reduction catalysts SCR, using a 32.5% urea water solution\u00a0AdBlue<\/em>. This catalyst allowed for a record reduction in fuel consumption to 192 g\/kW.h.<\/p>

Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst is one of the most effective means of reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from exhaust gases. Therefore, new engines comply with the transitional\u00a0Stage IIIB\/Tier 3<\/em>\u00a0emission requirements. The \u201eDeutz 2012\u201c can be used with 100% RME fuel without modification.<\/p>

Engine power system \u2013 accumulator system with extremely high pressure, first for tractor engines up to 2000 bar,\u00a0common rail<\/em>\u00a0In new engines, two-stage fuel injection has been implemented. Therefore, the engine runs quietly and economically.<\/p>

In the engine cooling system, as in the Fendt 900 VarioTMS<\/sup>\u201cin the series, an electrically controlled viscous fan clutch is used\u00a0Viscotronic<\/em>. It allows for extremely precise adjustment of the fan speed, depending on the engine load and thermal conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

New\u00a0800 VarioTMS<\/sup><\/em>\u00a0A stepless split power flow gearbox, the Fendt Vario ML200, with overload protection is used in the series.\u00a0Turboclutch<\/em>. This protection, much like a hydraulic clutch in the past, not only safeguards the power unit and transmission from overloads, stabilises crankshaft oscillations, and reduces driving wheel slippage, but also extends the lifespan of the engine and transmission by up to twofold. The tractors are equipped with a new design rear axle, the \u201eFendt HA220\u201c, featuring an efficient pressure lubrication system that results in lower power losses in the transmission. The maximum tractor speed of 60 km\/h can be achieved at an economical 1700 rpm.-1<\/sup>\u00a0engine revs. 50 km\/h speed is reached at 1450 rpm-1<\/sup>\u00a0engine revs. The tractor's minimum programmable speed is 20 m\/h.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The hydraulic system, as is standard for Fendt tractors, is completely separate from the transmission, allowing the use of bio-oils. The variable displacement, closed-centre load-sensing (CCLS) hydraulic system can be equipped with axial piston pumps of three different capacities: 109, 152 or 193 l\/min. The hydraulic system capacity is 80 l. Up to 6 pairs of hydraulic couplings can be fitted at the rear of the tractor, and up to 2 pairs at the front.<\/p>

The priority steering system is equipped with a separate pump with a flow rate of 48 l\/min. Therefore, steering efficiency is not compromised even when engine speeds are significantly reduced.<\/p>

Traditionally, for Fendt tractors, the front electro-hydraulic linkage is integrated into the chassis structure. The hydraulic cylinders on the rear and front linkages are, depending on the equipment, double-acting. A fully autonomous position control system for the front linkage can also be fitted as an option.<\/p>

For the first time, Fendt tractors are offered in three equipment levels: Power, Profi, and Profi Plus. The base Power equipment level already includes hydropneumatic front axle suspension, an independent air-sprung cabin suspension system, an air-sprung driver's seat, air conditioning, and a 7\u201e diagonal\u00a0Variable<\/em>\u00a0terminals, adaptive engine and transmission control system TMS, allowing selection of the most economical operating strategy, 4 pairs of hydraulic couplings at the rear, two-speed (540 E\/1000 rpm-1<\/sup>rear GTV, 50 km\/h speed.<\/p>

Profi<\/em>\u00a0The equipment also includes a dynamic stability control system FSC (stabilising the front axle's travel) and a command sequence end-of-field program.\u00a0Variotronic TI<\/em>,\u00a0ISO-Bus<\/em> Aggregate control line, front electro-hydraulic hitch, double-acting rear hitch hydraulic cylinders, 2-circuit hydraulic tractor brake system, 60 km\/h speed.<\/p>
