We celebrated our 30th anniversary!

„Ivabaltė“, celebrating its 30th anniversary, outlines its operational guidelines for the next decade.

At an event held on Thursday to mark „Ivabaltės“' 30th anniversary, the company presented its main development directions for the near future. The company, which has been operating in the agricultural machinery market for three decades, emphasised plans to strengthen partnerships, expand technological solutions for farms, and ensure consistent business continuity in a rapidly changing sector.

The leadership stressed that the priorities for the coming decade are focused on closer work with farmers, increasing efficiency, and strengthening long-term cooperation structures both locally and internationally.

A story that continues: an engaging journey across three decades

The event's concept was created by director Dalius Abarius, and the narrative axis was formed by historical objects presented by art critic and TV show „Daiktų istorijos“ host Saulius Pilinkaus.

A photo album, a suitcase with the company's founding documents, the pen from the first contracts, and an employee book – all of these served as chronological landmarks, allowing for an accurate illustration of the key stages of „Ivabaltė's“ development: the beginning of its establishment, the formation of its business model, partnership expansion, and team growth.

This format aimed to create a structured and fact-based narrative. Each exhibit represented a specific stage, and the associated stories revealed the company's decisions, operational logic, and changes in the agricultural machinery market.

The event's visual material used archival photographs of founder Irmantas Tarvydis, supplemented with musical interludes and documentary footage. This allowed the company's history to be linked to current directions – continuity of operations, development of technological solutions, and transformations in the sector that have occurred over the past three decades.

Leadership message: continuity, values and growth plans

The main shareholder, Asta Tarvydienė, emphasised in her speech that the company's activities from the very beginning were linked not only to business development, but also to family history and the broader development of the agricultural sector.

„“Ivabaltė“ for us is more than business, it is also our family history. We feel not only purpose, but also a duty to not only remember but also preserve the history we have all created together," said A. Tarvydienė.

In her speech, CEO Monika Tarvydytė recalled how her father, Irmantas Tarvydis, had celebrated the company's anniversary on the same stage a decade ago, and now the second generation has taken over the reins of the business, but the partnership approach to clients has remained the same. She emphasised that clients were the fundamental source of inspiration for her father and continue to be so today.

„You, our dear customers, have been the great engine and support of my life. And today, you are my greatest source of inspiration – by choosing us as your farming partners, you inspire me daily to seek solutions, new technologies and a partnership approach that will help your farms grow, no matter what challenges may arise,“ said M. Tarvydytė.

The CEO also unveiled the updated „Ivabaltė“ logo publicly for the first time. It maintains the continuity of the company's operations and key identity elements. The new mark will be presented more widely to the agricultural community in the near future and will be used at all meetings with farmers next year.

The most touching moment of the event was the letter to the founder.

One of the most memorable moments of the evening was the letter read by shareholder and Head of Business Development and Strategy, Gabija Tarvydytė, to her father and the company's founder, I. Tarvydis. In her words, she recalled the fundamental principles that her father passed down through his daily example and which remain the bedrock of the company culture today: critical thinking, keeping one's word, and taking responsibility for decisions made, a visionary approach, and the attitude of „whatever you do, do it well.“ .

G. Tarvydytė emphasised that these provisions are not just family history – they are also practical principles of „Ivabaltė's“ operations, which the team applies even today in decision-making, collaborating with clients and partners.

At the event – sector greetings and partner awards

The event was also attended by leaders of the country's agricultural sector – Virgilijus Jukna conveyed the Prime Minister's greetings, and Member of the Seimas Kazys Starkevičius, Mayor of Rokiškis District Ramūnas Godeliauskas, and representatives from the Aleksandras Stulginskis University's Academy of Agriculture spoke. They emphasised „Ivabaltė's“ contribution to the modernisation of farms, the implementation of advanced technologies, and the partnership model, which has become one of the company's key strengths over three decades.

Following the official greetings, international machinery manufacturers also took to the stage; representatives from factories such as Fendt, Rauch, Trioliet, Dammann, MEPU, OXBO, Weidemann, and others. In congratulating the company, they expressed gratitude for the reliable partnership and showed their support for Ivabalte's future plans. The partners were presented with symbolic „Golden Seeds“ jewellery, specially created by Eglė Čėjauskaitė-Gintalė for the company's anniversary. These seeds symbolise beginnings and growth, reminding us of the importance of native soil for every seed to germinate, grow, and bear fruit.

Upon this, the entire „Ivabaltės“ team was invited onto the stage, emphasising that it is precisely the people and their consistent work that form the foundation, enabling the company to maintain its position and expand within this sector.

At the end of the evening, the latest Fendt 800 Vario tractor was presented to the audience. It features a 6-cylinder, 8.0-litre AGCO Power CORE80 engine combined with the Fendt iD low-engine-speed concept. The new Fendt VarioDrive transmission offers improved manoeuvrability, stability and efficiency both in the field and on roads.

After the awards ceremony, the concert programme concluded the event with a clear message: the second generation is continuing the 30-year history, preserving the company's core values while combining them with an innovative approach, energy, and technological advancement. „Ivabaltė“ is bravely entering its fourth decade with ambitious goals in the agricultural sector.
