We promised we'd keep sharing everyday stories that are sometimes quite extraordinary, so here's another one.
When a customer calls to say „I would like to rent a tractor“, we usually respond by asking them to tell us more about the task the tractor will be used for: what work is planned, how long the tractor will be needed, what power output the equipment needs to have, and so on. This allows us to offer the equipment that best meets their expectations and flexible terms.
And this time, the client's requirements turned out to be rather non-standard: „we need a tractor for a couple of days, one that can pull... let's say, a trailer.“ A couple of additional questions about the location and time, and we'll prepare the necessary tractor for the journey.
That same afternoon, the client informs us that the task has been completed and the trailer moved.
