Do you know the phrase „and then life happened“?
And, as a rule, it happens precisely when you'd least expect it... This is the story of how a recent event unfolded on a farm in the Šilutė district last week. „Life happened“ is a colloquialism that can be translated as "a significant event occurred" or "something happened".
We were intensively preparing for a company event, temporarily moving all our equipment from our yard in Kėdainiai district to a neighbour's for safekeeping. Then, a client rings – a livestock farm in Šilutė district had a tractor break down. „Do you have anything available here and now, because we're feeding by hand?“ we hear a worried voice on the phone. And the only answer we can give in such cases is: „We're on our way – we'll find something.“.
We are looking at telephone options, deciding what would suit that particular farm, and looking for solutions. A blizzard is starting.
Finally, the client's call confirms that we should look for transport and take them to the farm, here and now – they trust us, are waiting, and aren't even going to view due to the blizzard.
And so, at approximately 9 p.m., the new farm assistant was safely delivered to the farmyard.
We share these stories with the promise that we always want to be the kind of partners who go the extra mile for our customers when „life happens“ on their farms.
Thank you for your trust.
