RAUCH AXENT 100.1 disc spreader

Rauch AXENT 100.1 – A new attachable, high-capacity centrifugal fertiliser spreader – a two-in-one device. It consists of a 9400-litre capacity tank with a discharge auger and a fertiliser spreading mechanism at the rear.

There are two types of centrifugal spreaders available: for mineral granular fertilisers Axis-PowerPack (spreading width up to 15 m) and organic fertilisers, lime Lime-PowerPack (span width up to 50 m).

The standard AXENT 100.1 equipment does not include an operating terminal or a scattering device, which are selected separately. Standard equipment includes:

• Autonomous hydraulic system from the power take-off shaft.
• Rubber conveyor belt, 800 mm.
• Fertilizer tank level sensors.
• Separate dosing compartment at the rear.
• Quick-release attachment system at the rear.
• ISOBUS (ISO 11783) control unit.
• Hydraulically damped tow bar.
• Hydraulically controlled fertiliser spreader cover.
• Weighing system.
• Hitching beam support, controlled by the tractor's hydraulic system.
• Service brake system, parking brake.
• Lighting fixtures at the rear, reflections.
• Lighting devices in front, reflections.
• Drawbar with K80 ball, 80 mm diameter.
• 520/85 R42 tyres with mudguards, track width 2.25 m.
• Reversing camera.
• Front step and ladder.
• Protective removable sieve in the fertiliser hopper.
• 40 km/h transport speed.

• AXIS PowerPack mineral fertiliser spreader, hydraulic spreading disc drive, EMC-electronic flow control system, border spreading system for left and right sides.
• Spreading discs S4-S12 (working width 18 – 50 m).
