Key features of the AXIS series spreaders:

• Two types of hydraulic (K, D) or electric (Q, C and EMC) discharge valve control.
• Eight modifications (W) with a 100 Hz scale.
• Spreader gearbox hydraulic H or from PTO shaft M.
• Spreading width (depending on selected spreaders) – from 12 to 50 m.
• Crushing sieve.
• Standard and VxR plus type spreaders, whose blades are extremely wear-resistant due to a protective chromium carbide coating.
• Easily removable spreaders (for calibrating the amount of fertiliser spread).
• Different speeds of the impulse star-rotor mixer (17 rpm) and spreaders (900 rpm). Uniform, spreader-centre-oriented fertiliser granule delivery is ensured, they are not broken, thus the spreader can be used for broadcasting cereals, oilseed rape, and grasses. Due to the higher speed of the spreaders, more energy is transferred to the fertiliser granules, resulting in uniform and precise fertiliser spreading.
• The spreaders are fixed with a single nut: easy removal of the spreaders without using tools, simple checking of the set application rate, and emptying of the remainder.
• Innovative EMC dosing – this is electronic measurement and regulation of the fertiliser flow, many times more accurate than conventional spreading with a weighing system. Specially designed for safe, fast, and precise fertilisation, taking into account the type and quality of fertiliser and the working width. Adjustment of spreader vanes is not required.
• The advanced Granusafe dispenser is designed for highly accurate fertiliser application at various rates. The Granusafe system ensures extremely gentle and precise application of fragile granulated fertilisers from the hopper onto the discs.
• Maximum precision – AXMAT DUO. 54 sensors (27 on each side) scan the trajectory and quantity of spread fertilisers and automatically correct EMC dosing, thereby minimising the effects of terrain changes, fertiliser quality, and wind.
• Turbulence-reducing brushes above the spreader blades, preserving fertiliser granule structure and their dynamic characteristics.
• Practical trials have confirmed a high level of accuracy is maintained even when spreading over a 36 m width at a speed of 25 km/h:

-coefficient of variation 6.76 %, when the recommended application rate is 150 kg/ha;

– coefficient of variation 4.46 %, when the recommended application rate is 350 kg/ha;

– coefficient of variation 5.39 %, with a recommended fertiliser rate of 1150 kg/ha.

• Proportional adjustment scale DfC: spray width and fertilisation rate set with one hand movement.
• A highly reliable, long-lasting, maintenance-free gearbox with diffuser drive anti-jamming protection.

• Excellent protection against corrosion and abrasive wear: the fertiliser hopper base, dosing unit and spreaders are made of high-quality chrome-nickel steel V2A.
• High level of chemical corrosion and mechanical damage protection for the fertilizer spreader: the steel surface is cleaned with a stream of abrasive particles, phosphated and coated with a protective nanolayer. The prepared surface is sprayed with high-quality powder coating in two layers. To ensure the powder evenly covers all surfaces, the workpiece is placed in a special oven for curing (polymerisation).
