Joskin manure spreaders

All Joskin muck spreader models can be equipped with rear, hydraulic guillotine-type doors.

Brakes can be pneumatic (single or dual circuit), hydraulic, or a combination of both – with both pneumatic and hydraulic systems installed together.

Once the spreading drums are removed, the spreaders can be used as trailers for transporting various loads. Manure spreaders have 2 vertical spreading drums (785–1080 mm diameter).

Joskin Siroko manure spreader

• Intended for use with tractors with power up to 130 HP.
• The body is narrow, built between the wheels, meaning the shaker has a low centre of gravity due to such a construction, making it stable even when working on very hilly terrain. This design allows for the installation of very tall and wide wheels, which ensures lower required traction power, greater manoeuvrability, and better all-terrain capability.
• Sirocco The body can be painted or galvanised, the hitch is connected to the body via springs – it is sprung.
• Two vertical (785 mm diameter) shredding drums are installed for manure spreading, with 4 or 5 spirals and reversible shredding blades (blades made of Hardox 450 steel), the drums are 1750 or 2000 mm in height.
• The manure is pushed towards the shaking drums by a variable speed conveyor of two 14 mm diameter chains.
• The drum drive is mechanical, and the conveyor drive is hydraulic.

Joskin Tornado 3 manure spreader:

• Skirts for working with tractors from 120 HP.
• Lifting capacity – from 13 to 21 tonnes.
• They are made as single-axle and double-axle.
• Two vertical trommels, 1010 mm in diameter, with 5 spirals, reversible shredder blades (blades made of HB 400 steel), and flip-over spreading paddles.

Single-axis or dual-axis Joskin Ferti-CAP manure

• Eruption width - 8-12 m.
• It has a wide body, raised above the chassis.
• The vibrator has two vertical, 1080 mm diameter, vibrating drums, 3 spirals with reversible shredding blades.Hardox 450Steel), drum height – 1500 mm.

Two-axle or three-axle Ferti-SPACE spreaders:

• The emission width is 8-16 m.
• They feature an exceptionally robust construction and are designed for use with tractors exceeding 120 HP.
• The chassis of the three-axle spreader is hydraulically suspended with a front lifting axle and force-steered front and rear axles.
• Two vertical, 1080 mm diameter, vibrating drums, 4 spirals with reversible cutting blades (blades made of HB 400 steel), drum height – 1500 mm.
