- Speciality wheels are designed and manufactured in collaboration with the customer, ensuring they precisely meet individual requirements by selecting material thickness from 12-22 mm and tread depth up to 220 mm.
- Due to the latest technologies, such as 3D CAD programmes and the newest welding robots, fast and precise manufacturing is guaranteed.
- Vision Grasdorf The products are painted in every possible RAL colour matching OEM quality and are thus adapted to the client's needs.
The following are the main types of wheels:
- Standard wheels– A premium product that meets O.E.M. quality standards. Up to 3 times longer service life due to full welding on both sides and disk thickness up to 18 mm. If required, we offer additional bolt circle and rim edge reinforcements and UP welding for maximum performance under the most extreme conditions. Implementation of individual track widths.
- Narrow wheels– Full wheel programme up to 54″. The disc is welded on both sides, without painting the gap at the transition to the rim flange. Centrally mounted rim disc due to the possibility of large offsets.
- System errors– enables the adjustment of the track width of modern, high-performance tractors with travelling speeds of up to 50 km/h. The two-part wheel disc with a welded-on rim ring, easy centering and a longer service life compared to conventionally used track-adjusting rims to date.

HD system
- An HD twin-shaft gearbox can be mounted in any position.
- A short stop device on the spacer ring quickly and securely attaches the wheel
- calibrated remote ring evenly transfers force to the rim ring.
The HD lock can be used up to a 60-degree range of motion.
