Steel rollers
18 „Power-Grip“ steel rollers ensure even roller compaction and reliable rotation. By pressing the ribs lengthwise into the rollers, no welding seams are required on the working surface. Three ribs always come into contact with the roller. Scrapers on the rollers effectively prevent dirt build-up.
Cutting base
The use of the „HydroFlexControl“ cutting deck effectively increases the machine’s bale-forming capacity thanks to higher driving speeds. Using a robust suspension spring, the system automatically clears more than 80% of blockages. In the event of a more severe blockage, the bottom of the machine can be lowered by up to 50 cm manually directly from the cab to clear the blockage.
Knife
Depending on the equipment, the Fendt Rotana has chopping units with 25 knives. The knives can be engaged in groups (0–12–13–25). Using the maximum number of knives, the theoretical chop length is 45 mm. The number of knives is set via the control terminal or ISOBUS.
Vacuum cleaner
A smoothly operating, maintenance-free, pick-up reel with 13 cm long tines, at a 64 mm tine spacing, along with a reel holder, ensures reliable and even feeding. The pick-up reel has 5 rows of tines, with 30 tines per row.
Press chamber
„The Fendt Rotana F baler's bale chamber diameter is variable. The auger-type bale chamber geometry ensures optimal net wrap, bale density, bale chamber filling and bale rotation in the machine.
Control
„The Fendt Rotana can be operated using one of three optional control panels. You can choose between “Bale Control„, the entry-level control panel, “E-Link Pro„ for convenient operation, or operation from the tractor via an ISOBUS terminal.
Lock
The mechanical lock guarantees very firm bales and reliable tailgate closing. Because the tailgate cannot shift due to the reliable lock, evenly firm and optimally formed bales are created. Bale density is determined by precisely measuring the pressure on the tailgate hook. Sensors on both sides accurately measure bale density and indicate to the driver via indicators whether to steer left or right to form an even bale.
TIM
The Professional TIM package includes many individual TIM functions. With the machine automatically performing a variety of functions, this package simplifies baling processes in various ways. The tractor stops automatically as soon as the bale has finished being wrapped. Once wrapping is complete, the tailgate opens and closes automatically to eject the bales.
Rapid Reload System
Thanks to the „Rapid Reload System“, the „Rotana F Combi“ offers users unique advantages. With three ready-to-use rolls (netting or film), which are gently guided into position via a loading trolley, roll changes can be carried out quickly. The machine also features intelligent braking force control and optimised shaft feed. Roll density is perfectly maintained thanks to precise pre-stretching of the wrapping material and secure tying using a film pusher.
Hand wash tank
The fresh water tank is designed for washing hands or cleaning items from dust and dirt. Along with the fitted soap dispenser, it meets even the highest requirements.
