• The water is 687 Nm516 Vario), the dynamic, high-torque 4-cylinder engine is tried and tested for all types of work in the power segment, with a maximum output ranging from 131 to 171 HP.
• 4-valve technology with Common Rail The fuel injection system allows for efficient fuel usage, for optimal overall efficiency.
• With SCR after-treatment and a CSF passive diesel particulate filter combination Fendt 500 Vario meets the latest Stage 5 emissions standard and is particularly economical with diesel and AdBlue
• Aluminium pistons also have a special remelted bowl-shaped edge for maximum stability and durability.
• Fendt 500 Vario reaches a maximum speed of 50 km/h at a low 1700 rpm, and 40 km/h is reached at a low, quiet 1400 rpm.
• From a low speed of 20 mph up to 50 km/h, you can work with continuous power transfer without changing gears. Even on inclines, you can come to a smooth stop using the Active Brake Control function, and then gently accelerate without any jolts.

TMS is an automatic maximum load system:

• The TMS tractor management system controls the engine and transmission so that they can always work perfectly without effort. You just need to specify the desired speed. The integrated automatic maximum load management system adjusts engine pressure according to power requirements. This means the engine operates in the ideal speed range. Operators can manually adjust the maximum power.

Driving and working comfort with HGV:

• The intelligent combination of three systems guarantees maximum driving and working comfort: self-levelling front axle suspension with anti-roll mechanism, cab suspension, and active shock load stabilisation.

Three-speed rear power take-off (PTO) with 1000 E Economic PTO

• A direct path of power from the engine to the power take-off (PTO) shaft means that 500 Vario It transfers power to the PTO extremely efficiently using its three PTO speeds. As an optional extra, the 1000E PTO reaches 1000 rpm at just 1540 engine rpm and can save 7% in fuel.
• 500 Vario Series uses modern load sensor technology with hydraulic power up to 158 l/min.
• You can have up to 7 electro-hydraulic double-acting valves, 5 at the rear and 2 at the front. Separate oil supply lines for the hydraulic system and the gearbox prevent oil mixing, which is particularly important when frequently changing implements.
• The large 55-litre oil volume allows for long distances. Another advantage is the use of bio-oil in the hydraulic circuit. Clean oil, suitable for reuse, is collected in the oil leakage container fitted to the front and rear lift.

• The Fendt 500 Vario and Fendt Cargo front loader are ideal partners. From agile, stable design to a fast working style and effortless operation.
• Through the front panoramic window, which curves up into the roof, you can see the bucket fully raised.
• The integrated weighing function alerts you when the target weight is reached.

• The screen has a clear resolution, is scratch-resistant and easy to clean. The screen dims automatically at night, without any glare.
• Using the multi-function joystick, you can control the tractor easily and precisely. The 4-way multi-function joystick accelerates, decelerates and reverses without changing gears.
• The joystick is conveniently located in the hand and has many functions that can be activated directly on the lever: cruise control, speed memory, hydraulic system, and additional automated functions such as headland control.
• Varioterminal In the system, you can freely select valves and activate them by clicking on the multifunctional joystick.
• Using the optional ISOBUS interface, all ISOBUS-compatible implements can be controlled Varioterminal in the system, so additional implement management terminals are not required.

Fendt VarioGuide, SectionControl and VariableRateControl (VRC):

It prevents double working and automatically maintains distances. Using SectionControl As a helper tool, you can quickly and easily set your implement's adjustment values.
• Using VarioDoc Pro You can use products with controlled quantities in a data transmission system, taking into account the needs of the soil or plants, and save your stock.
• Based on VarioDoc Pro documentation, a new solution is now proposed for precision farming – VariableRateControl (VRC). Individualised seed, fertiliser and pesticide requirements are displayed on application maps. These can be viewed and automatically implemented during work. A big advantage: you can define and plan resources in the field database and then use them with maximum precision.

Documentation, telemetry, and software updates

• Using VarioDoc, the data is easily and quickly recorded. Then it is wirelessly transmitted from Varioterminal to the external database using ISOBUS standard TC-BAS.
• Immediately after completing the work, you can see data on the amount of seeds and fertiliser used, or fuel consumption per hectare. In addition, tasks can be created on a computer and sent to the terminal.
• VarioDoc Pro also records GPS location data and real-time data transmission. This allows for automatic and seamless data exchange with ISOXML compatible with field control software and mapping software.
• Used working input data is transmitted according to TC-Geo and may be revised Varioterminal during work.
