Humus shredders

• The mounted, aggregate, rear and front electro-hydraulic tractor or multi-purpose vehicle lift shredders are designed for chopping stubble, grass, and branches.
• The shredders are fitted with large diameter rotors, three types of hammer blades and a long-lasting gearbox.
• Humus machinery is exhaustively tested and perfected until it is ready for mass production. Spare parts are also manufactured in-house.
• ,“Humus" chippers have integrated Y-type blades or tines, and a high-quality drive: a robust belt drive with enhanced V-belts connecting to the rotor shaft and an automatic belt tensioner.
• Cutting height adjustment via the rear roller or top link; adjustable rear roller height. Plant residue shredders have 2 support legs.
• Self-cleaning rear roller (170mm diameter) for good surface and cutting height adjustment.
• The use of shredders is extremely broad and effective: for the maintenance of roadsides, parks, forests, aerodromes, for managing municipal areas, chopping down brushwood, etc.
• The KM cultivator is mounted on the tractor at the front or rear. The KM is designed for universal use. Its particularly flat design, compact, robust, non-folding frame, and low-profile gearbox make it ideally suited for horticulture.
• For the maintenance of slopes and difficult-to-access areas, “Humus” manufactures BMS series mowers with a telescopic arm. The patented grass shredder was awarded a silver medal at the “Agritechnica ’99” exhibition.
• The product range includes various shredders for:
  • For professional gardeners - rotary mowers for green waste shredders (with grip adjustment);
  • Shredders for verge, roadside and ditch vegetation maintenance;
  • Vegetable waste shredders, for shredding vegetable waste after harvest.
• Excellent soil surface copying with KMF, PMF, and PML series shredders is guaranteed due to the wide working roller (244 mm diameter), which copies the surface across its entire working width and ensures smooth operation even on uneven soil surfaces.
• The KMF series shredders feature a wide spread of shredded material, a compact, robust, and stable housing, and a three-point hitch.

Humus shredder – PM series:

The PM Agregāt flail mulcher has been designed to meet the highest demands and is intended for powerful tractors up to 320 hp.

• The aim was to combine high operational capacity, stability, and high operational speed in a single unit – these goals have been successfully achieved.
• The new unit provides the ability to work while moving at speeds of up to 14 km/h.
• As an optional extra, ordering a second cutting spindle increases the working speed to 20 km/h.
• The mulching mass is easily distributed due to the large housing and the 80 cm wide mulching aperture.
• High-quality components ensure the unit's longevity and efficiency.
• The PM adapts perfectly to the surface.
• The atraminis volas perfectly copies the entire working surface and ensures smooth movement of the unit.
• The cutting height is adjusted using the support roller and the top link.
