Plant-based created to work smoothly with Precision Planting (precision planting) technology, ensuring the best possible start in life for every seed sown.
The row planting equipment is made from laser-cut, high-tensile steel with QuickRelease™ with a retaining ring.
Other key features:
- Hydraulic clamping X plate, parallel linkage arms with tapered, high-strength polymer bushings.
- also side-closing wheel adjustment and integrated camera adjustment for easy adjustment of the meter wheel angle and maintaining precise positioning in front of the disc openers.
Cleansweep technology
- CleanSweep allows you to adjust the wiper sequence from the cabin. As this is easy, you will perform the adjustment when you have the time and want to avoid:
- late germination due to loss of heat and moisture,
- seedling diseases,
- Binding of nutrients with residues.
- CleanSweep Each row of wipers uses air balloons, the pressure of which can be increased or decreased. Work more energetically or reduce the pace – you can choose.
- The pressure is regulated by moving the lever in the cabin to increase or decrease the disc pressure, ensuring the desired cleaning is achieved. The result is correctly adjusted row cleaners, time saved, and no disappointment as the planter is set up correctly.
Furrowforce system
- A properly closed furrow should not have air pockets, be loose enough for seeds to germinate, and retain soil moisture. Most closing systems provide one of these three basic conditions, but not all of them.
- FurrowForce It is an automated two-stage closing system with integrated sensing/detection functionality.
- FurrowForce works fundamentally differently from other closing systems. The first stage press wheels close the seed furrow from bottom to top, eliminating air pockets. The second stage press wheels feature weight to firm the soil over the seed and retain moisture. However, the real marvel of this system is the load cell sensor that measures the weight on the press wheels.
- 20|20 in the cabin will set a certain desired weight on the stitching wheels. If the load cell detects a weight on the stitching wheels that is higher or lower than that set in 20|20, FurrowForce The system will automatically adjust the force transmitted to the unit in each row with a secondary reaction.
- When the furrowing wheels have weight, you can be sure that the first-stage sprockets will engage the soil at the correct depth, fully closing the furrow. When planting from the cab, you can be sure that your closing system will do the necessary work, and there will be no doubt that the furrow will be properly closed.
- Soil density management to retain moisture is a key component in creating the optimal seed environment. If the soil above the seed is loose, it dries out, and the moisture required for rapid germination is quickly lost.
- FurrowForce solves this problem by maintaining a set weight on the ribbing wheels, in order to firm the soil above the seed, remove air from the soil and retain moisture for a longer period, so that each seed can germinate consistently.
Deltaforce Technology:
- Incorrect clamping force leads to yield loss due to late emergence or restricted root growth. DeltaForce automatically adjusts the correct clamping force in each row.
