Trioliet feeding and silage cutting equipment

The Trioliet company distinguishes 2 products from its feeding and silage cutting equipment: Triomaster S or Turbobuster Silo dismantling and loading tools, characterised by their unique design and ensuring safe and rapid silo transportation.

Triomaster (2.2 – 4.1 m³ capacity) and Turbobuster (1.7 – 3.4 m³ capacity) features extremely intelligent technical solutions.

Exclusive design Triomaster:

• The stationary knife is in the most optimal position during the cutting process, allowing the silage to be cut easily and smoothly. The cut section remains intact, and the silage is not compressed. Furthermore, this significantly reduces the risk of overheating.
• The cutting depth is only 45 cm, so the silage is constantly refreshed.
• It can also be used as a bucket for transporting bulk materials.
• As an optional extra, a weighing system can be installed, so the required amount of feed can be weighed at the silage pit. This would avoid additional transport costs and inaccurate loading.
• Hay rolls are easily cut both lengthways and crossways to make the mixing process easier and smoother.

Cleaning equipment Turbobuster:

• This aggregate uses specially hardened cutting blades which have blade protection.
• It is quickly attached to the three-point hitch and the tractor's hydraulic system.
• Cutting system with direct drive and anti-jamming protection.

Trioliet offers two self-loading silage wagons: Rejuvenating or re-biting.

The stationary and moving cutter blades are made of hardened stainless steel. The uniform, sufficiently large teeth of the blades cut silage smoothly and precisely under all conditions.

The moving knife drive system is hydraulic, direct, and free from complex, maintenance-intensive intermediate mechanisms. Even if the tractor's hydraulic system is not sufficiently efficient, the hydraulic booster fitted to the knife drive enables an even cut, even in very compacted silage.

Conversely, if the silage is compacted less, the hydraulic booster is disengaged, allowing the blade to move faster. This system also works exceptionally well when cutting rolls.

Two large-diameter, electrically operated hydraulic cylinders are used for silo advancement. Larger hydraulic cylinder diameters reduce loads (pressures) in the system and ensure smooth and rapid advancement of the silage mass.
