RAUCH MDS series disc spreaders

The base structure of the Rauch MDS centrifugal twin-disc fertiliser spreader has newly designed elevations, a new control scale for opening the discharge apertures, and electric independent control of the discharge aperture slide valves. Key features of the MDS series broadcasters:

• A single-chamber spreader ideal for use on low-cut or small fields.
• Advantage: the fertiliser hopper never empties on one side, even if one metering device's valve is completely closed.
• Mechanical (M), three types of hydraulic (K, D, D mono) or electric (C and Q) discharge valve control.
• Spreading width 10-18 m or 18-24 m.
• Crushing sieve.
• Easily adjustable and replaceable agitator blades, easily removable agitators (for calibration of broadcast fertiliser spread rate).
• Different plate mixer (180 min^-1and diffusers (980 min^-1) Revolutions: continuous supply of fertiliser granules is ensured, they are not crumbled, therefore the spreader can be used for broadcasting sowing of cereals, rapeseed, and grasses. High spinner revolutions allow for quickly achieving the optimal acceleration of fertiliser particle projection. As a result, fertiliser is spread accurately and evenly, with wide and filled overlapping zones.
• The spreaders are fixed with a single nut: easy removal of the spreaders without using tools, simple checking of the set application rate, and emptying of the remainder.
• A specially designed dispenser adapted for extremely precise fertiliser application at various rates, e.g., ammonium nitrate from 3 kg/ha to 500 kg/ha (when spreading at a width of 18 m, travelling at a speed of 10 km/h).
• When checking the established fertilisation rate on a proportional determination scale DfC assistance can quickly change the proportions of rash quantity. Regarding DfC It is easy to change the amount of spoilage for different fields.
• A very reliable, long-lasting, maintenance-free gearbox.

• Excellent protection against corrosion and abrasive wear: the fertiliser hopper base, dosing unit and spreaders are made of high-quality chrome-nickel steel V2A.
• High level of chemical corrosion and mechanical damage protection for the fertilizer spreader: the steel surface is cleaned with a stream of abrasive particles, phosphated and coated with a protective nanolayer. The prepared surface is sprayed with high-quality powder coating in two layers. To ensure the powder evenly covers all surfaces, the workpiece is placed in a special oven for curing (polymerisation).
