AFT land reclamation machinery

The most efficient and versatile machines for agriculture are trailed trenching machines with bucket chain digging devices. AFT manufactures two machines of this type:

• The AFT 100 model, which is adapted for large-scale drainage work. It is aggregated with tractors with a power capacity of 48-105 kW/65-140 HP.
• AFT 45 model, designed for low-power (15-34 kW/20-45 HP) tractors and small, special-purpose areas

Mounted narrow trench drain paver AFT 100:

• The ideal longitudinal trencher for fast and efficient field drainage. It is adapted for the installation of complex drainage systems.
• Trenches of 125 to 400 mm wide can be dug and drainage laid simultaneously.
• The depth of the lake is up to 1.6 m
• Ensures fast, accurate, and efficient installation of drainage pipes. Compared to a conventional excavator, work with this machine is up to 10 times faster, resulting in significant time savings. Using a mounted, tractor-towed unit leads to lower fuel consumption.
• Two augers are provided on each side of the trench for the replacement of excavated soil.
• It can be ordered with a side-mounted belt conveyor, if the excavated soil is to be deposited not on both sides of the trench, but loaded into a trailer.
• A semi-automatic or fully automatic laser slope control system is used to achieve the required drainage depth and gradient for the project.
• The device is convenient to use for digging trenches of various profiles: for laying water pipes, gas pipes, cables, and other utilities.

AFT 45 compact in-line trenching machine:

• Adapted for special-purpose areas: car parks, golf courses, etc. It is perfectly suited not only for drainage but also for the installation of irrigation systems.
• Trenches can be dug from 60 to 200 mm wide to a depth of up to 1.2 m.
• The excavated soil can be placed on both sides of the trench or, using a special conveyor, loaded into a trailer.
• Trench depth and slope are adjusted semi-automatically or fully automatically with a laser slope control system

In the range of trenchers with chain rotor attachments, there are three basic models, differing in key technological parameters:

• trench width (from 25 to 155 mm)
• Common yarrow (up to 0.75 m)
• Sparta (2000 m/min)

These models also offer automatic laser slope adjustment.
