„Ruby 10“

The LEMKEN compact disc harrow „Rubin 10“ guarantees thorough soil cultivation with excellent results, even when cultivating cereals, maize straw, etc. Even in difficult conditions and at shallow working depths, the LEMKEN „Rubin 10“ ensures intensive soil mixing.

• The symmetrical arrangement of each row of toothed concaved discs ensures precise directional stability, even when riding on slopes, and minimises fuel consumption.
• The intermediate discs are offset to prevent clogging and ensure even soil cultivation across the entire working width.
• The new hardened 645 mm diameter DuraMaxx discs ensure maximum service and operating life with reduced maintenance costs.
• The two rows of discs are already fitted with either stubble or levelling harrows, which can be adjusted individually.
• The construction of the trailer wheel for hanging implements allows for the use of heavy rollers and ensures safety on the road.
• Support wheels for semi-mounted foldable implements provide a consistent working depth even on variable soil and precise passage alignment on slopes.
• When encountering obstacles, the concave discs automatically shift upwards and quickly return to their working position. The spring energy is transferred to the ground and does not load the frame.

„Rubin 12“

LEMKEN presents a disc harrow that allows for deeper cultivation – up to 20 cm deep. The „Rubin 12“ is suitable for both stubble cultivation and primary soil cultivation, even under the most difficult soil conditions.

• Two rows of toothed concave discs with a diameter of 736 mm allow the „Rubin 12“ to intensively mix and crumble the soil.
• The symmetrical arrangement of discs in each row allows for operation without side-pull, even at high speeds.
• A 20° disc angle ensures optimal soil penetration.
• A tilted position of 14° and 16° in the direction of travel allows for cultivation across the full width from a working depth of 7 cm.
• Specially curved and twisted legs ensure maximum spacing between discs. This prevents clogging, along with a slight offset of the centre discs.
• The impact tines behind the first row of discs ensure intensive mixing and crumbling, while the levelling tines behind the second row ensure optimal soil distribution and excellent levelling.
• „The “Rubin 12" can be fitted with a depth control and transport wheel, which loads the tractor's front axle when the implement is raised. A new semi-mounted system is used here, which does not require an additional control unit.
