This year's agricultural technology exhibition „Agrovizija 2022“ focused on the most relevant challenges facing modern farmers – efficient resource utilisation and the demand for clean and sustainable agriculture. Although UAB „Ivabaltė“ are long-time participants and sponsors of the exhibition, the themes dominating the forum discussions this year were particularly close to the company's mission – to provide smart solutions for modern agriculture. As the sole official representatives of German „Fendt“ machinery in Lithuania, „Ivabaltė“ have been on the path of innovation with their partners for more than two decades, and this year they were joined by another German Premium class manufacturer „Dammann“. It is these German quality names that appeared at this year's Agrovizija sprayer show.
A long-awaited novelty – the 24m working width, 7000l capacity self-propelled sprayer „DAMMANN DT 2800 S5“ has attracted exceptional interest at the field demonstration. „Dammann“ first implemented VARIO-Select spray Control the system and fitted durable Mercedes engines for their machinery. Precise spraying is ensured by the CANBUS interface and electronic EDS control modules, and efficient copying takes place with the help of ultrasonic sensors. This model is best known for its new comfortable and extremely safe cabin, providing level five protection from pollutants.
The sprayer show also featured two Fendt models. The Fendt Rogator 665 class sprayer is well known for its quiet operation and stability. The 30m working width and 6000 litre capacity self-propelled model's engine (226 kW/307 hp).) mounted between the axles, each chassis wheel has an individual copying system. The trailed sprayer „FENDT Rogator 366“ (30m working width, 6600l capacity) and the tractor „FENDT 724 Profi Plus Gen6“ received high public acclaim.“ demonstrating excellent compatibility and unparalleled technological value for efficient fieldwork. The technique was demonstrated live at a specially designed proving ground, where the technical characteristics of the sprayers can be fully assessed under real-world conditions. During the demonstration, „Ivabaltė“ after-sales service representatives advised farmers on equipment maintenance, and those interested could purchase selected sprayer models this year.
